Windmill House of St. Croix

South of the popular Islands of St. Thomas and St. John, lies the sleepy, least traveled US Virgin Island of St. Croix. Dotting the landscape of this secluded Caribbean Island are the ruins of Dutch Windmills, once used to power sugar processing plants. This broadcast segment is the story of a fine home that was converted from the ruins of such a Windmill.

This segment was produced for a television series called Caribbean Currents. This was produced using a two man crew, Betacam package, small light kit and a wireless audio kit. On site production took 4 hours.

Carter Country

When Jimmy Carter decided to build a B & B in Plains, Georgia, Two Lane Traveller was invited down to produce a complete show about the B & B and also had the opportunity to join the former President and First Lady at the B & B and then spent a beautiful summer day at his family farm where he grew up.

This episode was directed by Jack Dunham who also managed a great deal of the videography. The show features a very personal and moving interview with former President Carter set on his family farm's front porch swing. He talks about his loves and his life.

This program was produced with a small crew of only one producer, one director/videographer (Jack Dunham), one videographer and Ms. Russell.
