Tales of the Deery Inn
The Deery Inn is a two-story Dutch clapboard structure located on Main Street in Blountville, the county seat of Sullivan County. In 1801 William Deery obtained what we refer to today as the Deery Inn Property. Deery soon expanded his trading post, adding a frame general store and a tavern with hotel rooms above.
In the summer of 2008, this film was produced as part of a DVD to be sold to raise money for the further preservation and upkeep of the Inn. This section tells one of the many ghost stories associated with the old Inn.

The Last Eagle
In 1995, The Dobbins Air Reserve Base was informed that the F-15 Eagle Fighter Squadron that had been the mainstay of the base would be dismantled and replaced. Several of the pilots approached Phillip Cataldo and Jack Dunham to produce a short Film on the F-15 Eagle and the pilots of the Historic 128th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 116th Tactical Fighter Group.
Jumping at the rare chance of backseat time in an F-15 Eagle, Cataldo and Dunham donated their services. Because of the extreme G forces produced in a fighter jet, only a small Sony Hi-8 camcorder was lightweight enough to be under the maximum weight allowed. So with the help of Gen. Ronald R. Fogleman, U.S.A.F., a shooting schedule was planned.
Shown here is a 12 minute condensed version of the original 26 minute, edited piece. Everyone, including Morgan Creek Music Group and Panther Productions donated their services for this film.

Ferrari in Southern California
Ferrari of North America holds an annual owners rally somewhere in the United States. In 2004, the 50th Anniversary rally was held in Southern California and Jack Dunham was employed to produce a documentary of the event to be presented to the participants and to be shown in Ferrari Showrooms, worldwide.
One man crew with a minimal budget. We usually avoid such projects, but this was Ferrari and it was Southern California.
